的 Office of Student 金融服务 is a dedicated team of financial advisors, processors, account managers, and cashiers. We process and disburse financial aid as well as monitor your student account. 夏天退款

Summer refunds are handled slightly different than Fall or Spring in that there are three sessions held in May, 6月, 和7月. When your loans and aid post is determined by when your classes begin and when you meet the minimum enrollment credits required for aid to disburse.

If you are 不 sure when your aid will post and therefore when you can expect to have your refund processed, you should contact your financial advisor or monitor your account in TouchNet. 援助不张贴将有一个 "Estimated Financial Aid" 描述..

For students who are enrolled first and/or full sessions, add/drop was last Wednesday and aid has begun posting for students who met the minimum enrollment requirements.

If you have a credit on your account, you can now 要求退款. Requests are usually tracked in to Financial Aid Self Serve Banner 在下一个工作日之前. 退款 should begin processing within 3-5 business days from when a credit is showing. Please monitor your account in TouchNet for more accurate processing times.

If you have selected direct deposit, please make sure that you have a 退款资料 建立在 TouchNet. You will receive an email from TouchNet when your eRefund has been processed.

的 Free Application for Federal Student Aid opened on December 31 for the 2024-25 aid year. 归国学生可以不ice that the FAFSA is usually available on October 1. 的 launch has been delayed this year because there are major changes and improvements being made to the FAFSA. Federal Student Aid may occasionally pause access to the 2024-25 FAFSA form to perform maintenance and improve user experience. This December launch date will apply 只到2024-25年 FAFSA.

Student 金融服务 Cashier Hours

Due to current and ongoing staff shortages within our department, the cashier window located at the SFS front desk (1st floor of the Administration Building) will operate with limited hours until further 不ice. Cashier hours will be expanded during heavy traffic times such as registration and graduation.*

的 cashier window will be open from 1–5 p.m. Mondays 通过 Thursdays. 的 front desk will continue to observe regular hours (9 a.m.–12 p.m. 1-5分.m. Mondays 通过 Thursdays) to assist with other inquiries.
